Historical figures and tests
Results from tests on historical data (backtests) are simulations. They show how a strategy would have performed under given assumptions, not what it will deliver. Past returns are no guarantee of future returns, and an investment can lose value.
Demo and examples
The company and the figures in the demo of the HULC app and in the workbooks on the project pages are fictional.
Analyses for clients
The models and analyses we deliver are based on the figures and assumptions the client gives us, and on estimates about the future. They are a basis for decisions, not a guarantee of outcomes. What applies to an engagement is set out in the agreement with the client.
Errors and liability
We work to keep the content accurate, but it may contain errors or be out of date. To the extent permitted by law, Hulc AS is not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of the content of the website.
